Pastoral Vacancy

The Royal Baptist Church of Anderson SC is prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor, who is called by God and equipped to effectively teach and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, according to the word of God. The Pastor must also engage in pastoral care, provide supervisory and administrative leadership.

The incoming Senior Pastor of  Royal Baptist Church must possess the following:

1. A minimum of 5 years of pastoral experience

2. Belief in the doctrine of the Baptist Church

3. Be filled with the Holy Spirit

4. Called to the office of Pastor and must be ordained

5. Maintain a consistent prayer life

6. Be a biblical scholar

7. Excellent verbal and communication skills

8. Maintain Integrity, and exhibit Humility

9. Demonstrate fiscal responsibility

10. Strong traits of Perseverance, Vision, and Maturity

11. Cooperate with the local association, state convention, and National Baptist convention
